I had applied for two positions with Kindbody - when they reached out to me to interview and have a phone screening, they were unsure which position they were speaking with me about. After the initial phone screening, they scheduled me an interview the next day. During the interview, which was done via video call, they mentioned having me in to the office for an in-person interview as part of next steps, but didn't respond to me in a timely manner in order to coordinate a clinic visit. I never received a response after following up again for next steps after a "we are busy" email. I received a generic automated rejection email two weeks later after being ghosted.
