Nothing unusual, one-on-one interview. The interviewer was extremely friendly and he did not put pressure to test you; he was trying to move away from traditional interview style toward a friendly conservation. Their offices are amazing, one of the best I ever seen.

I initially had a phone call with the recruiter who told me they wanted to move quick as it was the beginning of December and they wanted everything done before the holidays.
I was then selected to have a video interview with the two hiring managers and that they would have a decision within a couple of days after that. The video interview and initial phone screen all took place within a week.
A couple of days go by and I am then contacted by the recruiter saying that they were very interested in me but wanted me to talk to one more person. Low and behold, this person is out for the next 3 weeks so I have to wait until after New Year's for this second video interview.
The 3 weeks pass and I have the video interview and things went well. He said he was interested in moving forward but would have to confer with the first two hiring managers to make sure everybody was onboard.
A week passes so I follow up with the recruiter before the weekend. I receive no immediate answer which was very unlike her as I typically heard back within a couple of hours. The weekend comes and goes and I follow up again on Tuesday and I still do not hear back. A couple of more days go by so I give her a phone call and she does not answer. She then sends me an email saying she was sorry but I was still in consideration but they had a change in business direction and would hopefully have more details in a couple of weeks.
A couple of weeks pass so I follow up a couple of times to no avail. The change in business direction becomes obvious by the job postings they create signalling a move from a .net to more open source technologies.
This is obviously a massive technological endeavor and I understand all of the lengthy processes going on in the background requiring the changes to job descriptions and skills they are looking for etc. It has been over a month since I have received any sort of contact and frankly it is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Pretty basic stuff. It is all about the communications skills. Most of the questions were one word : Yes / No. Other questions were about myself. The interview was around 30 min long and was very relaxing. The interviewer was very polite and was cooperating.
