I applied and received an email from the recruiter (Billy) the same day. I had a call with Billy a day later. The call was very casual, talked about my experience, along with the company culture. He left plenty of time for me to ask any questions. Billy emailed me the next day telling me I moved onto the next interview, the next interview was a week later with 2 of their lower level IT folks. This wasn’t super technical it was more behavior based, the two people I interviewed with were very genuine and helpful. I then moved on to the 3rd interview with 2 more senior level IT employees, this interview was a week later. This interview was more technical, but I was still very comfortable talking to these guys, it was more of a conversation. I then moved onto the finale interview with the manager a few days later. The manager was awesome! She was actively listening which I love versus passively.It again was more for a conversation than an interview. A week and half later I was notified they would not be extending an offer. Overall I thought the interview process was smooth. It took a little over a month. 4 interviews; initial interview was 30 minutes, 2nd round 45 minutes, 3rd round 45 minutes, finale interview 30 minutes During this entire time Billy communicated with me in a quick manner, which was greatly appreciated. Give Billy a raise!
