Went in twice. Talked to general manager and front desk manager on the first interview. Met with another manager on the second interview. Asked if I had previous experience and it was preferred that I not have experience as they could teach me the system, but they could not teach personality. Company was looking first and foremost for someone who fit the image of the company and would get along with the managers.

I did self-introduction first and then they asked some questions about my past experiences. You don't need to have hotel experiences but if you have experiences related to services would be good.

The interview is a two step process, first you meet with the front office director or assistant director, then you proceed and meet the hotel general manager. If the directors like you they will have you conduct all of these steps within 2 hours if not they will just have you return
