After applying, the area director of HR responded quickly, asking to set up a in-person interview. Interviewed with area director of HR first, then on a separate day with each of the managers I would be working with -- total of three interviews, all in about two hours. Met with the GM of the property after all interviews were concluded. Area director of HR called about a week later to offer me the position.
