I applied online and received an e-mail a few days later from someone try to schedule an interview, but it was from a do not reply mailbox and did not sign their name.

Applied via email as soon as position opened up. Was scheduled for the 1st interview in the process. Sat with area sales manager, director of sales and marketing, hotel GM and AGM. AGM arrived late and the GM acted completely disinterested (looking at phone, picking at shoes, ect.)

Question 1
Not so much difficult or unexpected question, more the actions of the people involved in the interview. Including finding out that I didn't get the position via a boilerplate email. When emailed the DOS regarding what I could do next time, never received a response.
