Met with a representative at a career fair and got a phone interview the next week. The interview was with someone in HR and was extremely broad and short. I did not feel like the questions were enough to really express who I am and my experience. They then said they would get back to me within a week whether or not I would proceed with the interviewing process; it was a month before I got my rejection email.
The interview process for me has been consistent, starting with open interviews, interview with regional recruiter, and interview with office you're applying for. In my most recent job application, I attended open interviews, and in the follow up 2 weeks later dismissed me as a candidate for no indicated reason.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kimley-Horn (Kansas City, MO) en juil. 2022

First, screening interview. Once interested more, they fly you or pay for your travel to interview (they treat you well). Then, you have your interview and lunch. Then the day is over.
Overall, it was okay interview. When you can follow the STAR method you will be fine for the most of the interviews. Kimle-Horn is a good company overall to work for but their interviews somehow could be challenging.
