Starts of with a phone screener with a recruiter. If this goes well, you move on to an in-person formal interview. This interview was conducted over 1.5 hours, and split between 2 interview teams. A design practicum then must be completed in the days that follow to prove you have the necessary skill set.

Really looked forward to it. It was postponed until after the July 4th holiday, so I had plenty of time to do research. I noted the same position advertised in multiple cities—I live 15 minutes from one. Then, at the phone screening, I was informed I had applied to a location in Florida, and as I live in the Northeast, that wouldn't do. Why would a company need a graphic designer in 12 locations?. A first for everything—

1 initial phone screening and 1 interview split into 2 groups, each 45 minutes. One focused more on company culture, one more about the job role. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
