The interview process consisted of behavioral based questions. My interviewer was very friendly, and I did not feel unformattable throughout the process. I got my interview while I was at my university's career fair and my interviewer was an alumni from my school who had studied in the same program as me.

I attended a career day at my school where I met with them and gave them my resume. They called me that night to set up an interview the next day.

Met with a recruiter while they were visiting campus for an initial screen. After this it took longer than I expected to schedule an interview versus other companies I was interviewing with at the time. Interviewed on-site with potential supervisors. Two-week turnaround after on-site interview. HR was flexible with my start date and worked with my school's calendar.
