Applied through career center at school. Was selected for an on campus interview. Had a meet and greet the night before the interview with 3 people from the company. Initial interview was very casual, mostly behavioral, with one technical question. Then was invited to for an interview at the Neenah Wisconsin campus. two day interview process day one was a town tour and dinner. day two was a manufacturing plan tour and four 45 minute interviews. 3 of the interviews were behavioral and technical, while the fourth was a case study.

1 short Phone call with basic STAR Questions
1 in-person final round interview where we interviewed with 4 different managers. Had a lunch after 2 interviews and the whole process took around 3-4 hours.
I did well in the interview but they did not like my entrepreneurial spirit outside of the 9-5 job.

We did a case study where they gave me a bunch of emails for cost analysis and why the cost of the material for paper products was going up and where we needed go to to solve the issue.

Interviews generally followed the star method while still having a priority of general communication skills outside of knowing the star method. Friendly and open interview process and felt like I had a good idea of what to expect.

Started with an on campus interview and moved to an on site interview. Consisted of several 1-1 interviews and an exam. Included a tour of their very impressive complex that more resembled a College Campus.
