The interview process started with a phone interview with an HR Rep for about 30 minutes to assess my interest and skill level. From there, I was invited to come by the office for an in-person interview. It started with a senior developer and we talked about my resume and coursework. I then did a white-board assessment which involved writing a few classes. It was not very difficult. Then the two owners of the company came in to discuss the position further. Overall, a very lax interview process.
