Interviewed initially via telephone. Called 2 weeks later for a "panel style" interview with 5 individuals. Called back for interview with 2 individuals. The individuals I interviewed with were informative, pleasant, and asked a lot of questions. Office was in a good location and work environment seemed professional.

All phone interview. Was very smooth. I talk to two different people. One was a recruiter then I talked to an area manager. Both we just talked like normal. Just talking about what I did in the past.

Entretien
Was a one time video interview where the video portion was on my computer while I phoned in to a conference call number they had given me on my smart phone. The interview was very friendly and was not much of the engineering type questions I had practiced. The interviewer was just simply trying to get to know me. I wasnt nearly as nervous as I normally get for interviews.
Applied through University. Got a phone interview after about a week. Interview was pretty basic with some behavioral questions along with other questions that are similar to that posted by other users. The entire process took 3 weeks.
