Very laid back and very pleasing person to talk to. He just wanted to get to know me and my personal skills. Awesome interviewer and very engaging. Very passionate about his job and finding passionate people.

I met a Kiewit HR person at a career fair and they invited me back the next day for an interview. The interview was pretty easy, no technical questions (since it was an HR person), more just getting to know me and general information about the "fit" with the company.
