I was contacted and set up an interview first with their HireVue system and then was contacted by phone. They HireVue computer system was very awkward and unpleasant. You have to watch yourself and once you've answered you can't change or re-do your answers. And if you computer doesn't work with their system is makes it even more nerve racking. The phone interview on the other hand was pleasant and very informative.
