I applied online and was emailed several weeks later to do a video introduction. There were questions on the screen and you had to record yourself answering them. Sort of awkward. The hiring person never responded to my emails.
Had a phone call with recruiter then a recorded hirevue interview (prompted to answer questions and then main interview . But this was a long time ago, process could have changed a lot

Tell me about yourself, tell me about a time (STAR format questions).
Interview was simple and straightforward, it lasted about 45 minutes. Basically only asked about your resume, what are your short term goals are, and why you want to work at Kiewit.

Entretien
Met them on campus at a career fair, got called back for an interview and then was told to apply online. Then got flown in for another face to face interview at their Lenexa, KS office.
