Entretien
Two phone interview (HR+SP). Two interview (Est+PM), overall 5-6 weeks. Friendly HR and well managed process. Phone screening with HR was great. Although Incompetent manager for interview was not somthing to expect, asking very personal questions and unfocused. Might be between running from a meeting to another.
Received results few days later.

Talked to a recruiter first then talked to a senior manager in my position. You could talk job language with and could definitely relate to each other on day to day job experience

Entretien
Nice and easy two rounds. Not too much focus on technical. Mainly to see your personality. No need to be to worry about it. Smooth and efficient. Got 1 hr interview + 2 rounds and offer within 3 weeks of applying.
Overall an easy process. Had a phone screening and then went to an interview onsite followed by tour of yard. Talked to three different interviewers. The company hosted me with a paid for car and hotel.
