Interviewed on campus once and that was all that is required. Offer came way before (2-4 months) other companies started calling. Interview was pretty standard: not all behavior based questions, but most of the questions are. The two interviewers are the chief engineer and one field supervisor. Not a whole lot of follow up though. HR manager sounded very rude over the phone.

It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.

One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
