it was a two interview process for me. I applied at my local college career and got an interview later that same day. The interview was very generic and only really involved me discussing my past experience. later that week i was asked by HR to do some online personality as well as a simple webcam interview for corporate purposes. About a week later i got an interview at the job site as well as a tour. That day I was interview by three different people of different departments (none of which directly worked in the engineering department). in the end the interview was tough but fair, asking exactly what i brought to the table. In the end a hiring manager I had not met, nor had the opportunity to meet(he was on vacation), made the decision i wasn't exactly what they were looking for about a week later. overall it was an okay experience and they offered to pay for travel expenses to the final interview.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
