Cordial initial email with multiple interview days / times provided. Unfortunately, it seems the executive-search firm used will book candidates knowing there is a very slim chance they will be moving forward. The 30-minute interview lasted only 20, and it concluded with the recruiter telling me they had spoken with 80 candidates and had narrowed it down to 10. It was as if her mind was already made up prior to the interview. It's sad. I looked forward to this call, as the organization's mission resonates with me.
