Sent email to company via glassdoor, asked to have an interview with the head of the company. She asked about my CV and some related questions. She seemed disinterested in general, from how they organized the interview, they were disorganized generally and showed a lack of respect and regard for their applicants (e.g. at one point I got told 'you wouldn't understand this anyways so there is no point in asking' ). I would highly encourage you to find a better job/interview elsewhere.
I applied for the job online. The director looked down on me and showed a lack of respect for the staff around her. She seemed disinterested and had no time to talk to me. This is probably the worst interview experience I have ever had. not to mention the thought of working there.

Patronizing, and didn't show much respect towards the applicant. Kept changing the interview time and has unrealistic expectations. You will be expected to talk about your CV and also answer some brief questions from the founder. She seemed like she was in a hurry, and didn't have much time for potential applicants. The staff seemed afraid of her.
