The interview process involved preparing questions and examples beforehand, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere, and focusing on specific achievements and strengths. We then discussed ways to continue building on these strengths. The process ended with a summary of the main positives and appreciation for my effort and progress.

the interview went extremely well, interviewers mad me very comfortable, I was very anxious and worried before my interview, however, my first interview was great and Jo made me welcomed and reassured me throughout the interview. Second interview Also went very well we Sahro and Valentina.

They asked me about my experience, qualifications, why I want to become an early year educator. Also, they asked me about safeguarding issues and what to do if come across any safeguarding concerns.

First they do a phone interview then face to face interview then they get back to you same day or next day about the interview
If successful you sign the offer letter then the background checks begin.
