I applied through indeed. I was contacted to do a Phone interview with the assistant director then in person interview with the director. When I got there I had to fill out an application then wait for the director to be free. I spoke with her maybe 20-30mins. After they called my reference I got an offer maybe 4 days later.

Why do you want to work with children. What is your classroom management type?
Easy, straightforward, they asked a couple of questions around childcare and experience. It was one interview and they offered me the role the next day - took about a week from application to offer.
Easy interview, quick process and turnaround time. They’ll ask you pretty simple questions and how you would handle certain situations. They’ll ask you when you can start and what your schedule looks like

Apply to the job and get First telephone interview with HR. If it goes well, schedule second telephone technical interview and if successful receive offer letter in less than a week.
