Received an unexpected phone call and did the phone interview right then and there. I was not prepared for this, because the lady that called did not email me first to schedule the call. The phone conversation itself was so so, she did not tell me much about the company or position and at the end of it, she did not ask me if I had any questions and ended it there. We will see if I get a follow up email, but I did not have the best phone screen experience.
