1) Interviewer didn't show up on the agreed time for the first interview. We then agreed on new schedule, and at the last minute the interviewer tried to reschedule again because it was apparently a holiday. The interview went through anyway. 2) First interview went well and the interviewer said they would share details the next day for a case study I had to work on. The details were sent after more than a week. 3) I did the case study which was to make a comprehensive PPC plan for an actual client and I delivered. The interviewer then told me it was great and that his colleagues will follow through, but there was only radio silence after that. In hindsight, there was no job posting (on their website, Linkedin, etc.) and I wasn't shown any job description, which tells me that they weren't actually hiring.
