Took several hours to complete. 1 hour with Senior Talent Partner and Senior People Partner, then 30 mins with Chief of Staff. 1 hour with Head of People and CTO/Co-founder (former COO until recent hire). Whole process took exactly a month, the only delays were caused by illness. Great communication from Talent throughout, letting me know about any changes or delays. Genuinely felt like they were trying to get to know me and make sure we're both good fits for each other. Ample opportunities to ask, sometimes difficult, questions.
