There were two interviews, One with the agency and one with the client company. Went through both without a hitch and was offered a position almost immediately. Process was very smooth and recruiters were very helpful.

General questions on background, career trajectory, ambition, and salary expectations.
Waited in a small room for 10 min before the interviewer arrived. Walls were thin so I could hear him interviewing a woman next door. After we finished, I met another interviewer who has ongoing relationships with the CEOs and such of the companies Kforce represent.
