J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kforce (Tampa, FL) en oct. 2022

      Entretien

First had a phone call with an internal recruiter, then had a phone call with the “supervisor”. He was extremely rude asking weird/personal questions. So many red flags.. I would never work for a misogynistic man like this Long hours of work lol what a joke. Work almost 50 hours a week to get paid a barely surviving salary. When I asked if he could describe a typical day at the job his answers were sooo vague.. another red flag

      Entretien

The first 2 interviews was through the phone and it went well. The third round was in person with 5 people, extensive and unnecessary for a position that doesn't even ask for experience and pays a horrible salary. I felt extremely uncomfortable during the last interview with so many repetitive and unnecessary questions. I felt like I was interviewing for an executive position, when in reality it was just for an entry level job. The executive team has no communication skills to conduct a smooth interview. I've been a recruiter for a year and trust me they are not well trained. They don't care about you. Asking questions and making sure your candidate is the right fit totally makes sense! But not ensuring a good candidate experience is not okay. This is the kind of company that will say "we are family here". Such a red flag. Don't walk, run. One of them kept asking me over and over again if I could handle the pressure and that in this position I wouldn't even have time to double check my own work since I would be multitasking 100% of the time. I am fine with working under pressure and appreciate when a recruiter is honest about the work environment. But the way the they would say it was just not nice. They were not assessing my experience and qualifications, they were judging me the whole time and it felt extremely uncomfortable. I am only grateful for the honesty and for not making a mistake of leaving my current job to be at a most likely toxic environment. One of the recruiters told me not to ask many questions to one of the managers prior to the interview or to never over speak them. Who says that? As a professional recruiter, you should make your candidate comfortable enough to have a nice conversation with you. You are no better than anyone else. Extremely unprofessional and that is not how a leader should act. And when you say that you see yourself becoming a leader one day, their ego will get hurt. They probably expect you to be in this position for the rest of your life and don't want you to advance on your own career, or to support you. They are EXTREMELY concerned if you're gonna leave them and that only tells me that if they are so worried, they most likely lose people often! Which is another big red flag. If you know your work environment is healthy, then you shouldn't worry so much if I am going to leave your company after my first year. Very grateful for seeing all the red flags before it was too late. We can find better jobs that will pay waaay more than $47.5k+/year with a much better work-life balance.

      Question 1

Why do you want to leave your current company? (be careful on what to say, it's apparently not permitted to be honest and say that you're looking for a better opportunity). What is the last book you read (the recruiters will tell you in advance about this question and you have to go prepared, which feels like a play completely), and some behavioral questions.
