First a recruiter will contact you and find out about your interest level , commute, general and basic information then they will forward your resume to the concerned manager. Then it is generally a phone interview or in-person interview followed by meeting the team/panel interviews and/or additional interviews if required.

Entretien
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
