I have over 13 years of Sales and Sales management experience. I got contacted by Kforce and thought I would see what the position was all about. I had an initial phone interview, all went well. Then went in and met with some team members, which went well. Then was invited to come in and shadow some people which I thought went well too. FOr some random reason (which has NEVER happened to me before) I was not given the low offer. I found a position with twice the salary and half the work a few weeks later, but was very surprised at how they run their office. Maybe they thought I wouldn't stick around?

2 interviews, 1 with Manager 1 with Director. I also spoke to the recruiter beforehand. It was a simple straight forward interview. Definitely emphasize that you in it for the long-run and are very highly motivated.

Recruiter contact via linkedin. Spoke with the recruiter on the phone for initial details. Recruiter scheduled an interview with a regional director who conducted the video interview. The interview was conducted on time and in a straightforward manner. I reached out shortly after the interview to follow up and was told they went with another candidate greater relevant industry experience. All in all, good experience
