They emailed me about said job, told me about it being full time perm to hire within 30 days, brought me in for an interview, the direct report was out on vacation, there was no one available to conduct interview so I was sent home after driving 38 miles one way. I was then called back and told there was a misunderstanding and they wanted to see me the next day. Drove out there again and met with Manager. Went great, until I asked about the eval period and he looked puzzled said this was a 30 day job and done, no possibility of further. They extended the offer to me immediately afterwards which was great...BUT I was told it was a temp to hire. I ultimately refused the position and when spoke to recruiter they backtracked their statements telling me I misunderstood. Never gain.
