Entretien
I had a first-pass interview with the talent manager who was based in the Middle East. It was an easy initial chat about my current status and my interest in the role. It was a good, breezy interaction, and the manager was polite and fairly transparent. He made the experience fairly positive, was clear about expectations, and hinted at the overall compensation package, which was welcomed.

I applied for a job offer, a Project Manager position, and they contacted me about another position they thought I might be a good fit for. After two interviews with HR, they told me they would share my details with the hiring manager and arrange an interview with her, but I never heard back from them after sending several emails asking for any update. Honestly, being ghosted by a company when you’re looking for a job makes you feel very insecure and as if you’ve wasted your time for nothing. Even an automatic email letting you know you’re no longer in the process would be fine, at least you could move on and focus on another opportunity that’s actually worth it.

Had an interview on the 10th June 2024 for this position. Was a long hour interview with two people in the team. They weren't friendly and instantly gave me the impression that this role was stressful and didn't sell the role to me at all.
What's most concerning is I've given my time and neither of them including their assistant Rosario have given any feedback to this very day (19/8/24). This includes after chasing politely with good time frames.
If you've given your time, then at least have the courtesy to provide feedback back.
To be honest, I probably dodged a bullet if this is how they treat potential employees and from how they described the role.
