Entretien
1) Phone call with HR
2) Technical exercise via email
3) ??
I had to spend time working on this online exercise for nothing. A couple of days after I sent my proposal HR contacted me saying "thanks but the position has been filled internally"
It is really frustrating to spend time and effort into something that is not going to be of any use. Sorry but I do not think it is appropriate to waste people´s time like this.
