I was asked through my resume. Then a list of technical questions ranging from voltage dividers to nodal analysis to designing a full bridge rectifier. Then they asked me what I wanted to do to be a part of this company, and they kind of guided me into positions that I was interested in.

Entretien
There was 2 interviews. One to discuss generally about your personality, and your motivation etc, as well as discuss what you expect from the company. Also, you are given 1:1 time to discuss things you want to find out about the role you are applying to.
The second interview is a panel where you gave a presentation about what makes a good salesperson. The panel then asks you questions (aptitude) and questions to find out how you would tackle sales targets, etc.
They are also going through your CV asking you related questions.
