Well I was emailed a long questionnaire to fill out, then a phone interview with HR then one with the manager. Hadn't heard anything back in over 3 weeks. Was contacted by HR about the same position but they didn't realize that I had interviewed for it already-so there is a lack of communication within the organization. Then they set up another phone interview with HR and waste another hour and they act as if I would be a good fit, then another 5 weeks before I receive the "we are speaking with candidates that are more closely aligned with our current needs" after I tried calling and emailing twice. I think it is rude to not at least just be honest and say-you really don't fit like we thought-versus having people wait forever.
