Nothing out of the ordinary. Done by Skype with a panel interview.Need to do a presentation to show teaching competency. They ask a lot of questions then you can ask your own.

The interview had a panel of 5. The Dean, Chair, HR, one instructor and one other administrator. They asked typical STAR questions. I also had to do a mini-lesson. They were very nice and considerate given my nervousness. The hiring only took 2 weeks, but the onboarding process was a nightmare. I had a huge teaching load and was also required to do a course on how to teach. I wanted to quit. The course lasted about 2 months.
