J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez KeyBank en sept. 2011

I initially spoke to the senior analyst I would be working for and then his current associate. After that, the HR representative took over the process. It was somewhat reversed from the typical interview timeline. Overall, the process was much smoother than at other firms, but it may have been uncommon even for KeyBank.

4 part interview process I made it to the third. First was with a woman in HR who used to be on the team. Pretty straight forward mostly behavioral maybe. few basic technicals like walk me through the financial statements. Then met with the hiring manager. 30 minutes and not too intense. A mix of technical and behavioral. Needed to explain why this team why this location why this job. Technicals were a bit more advanced. Then there was a two part case study that I had a week to do. One more round after that with other associates.
Was a pretty straightforward process. First had a recruiter screen then case study. Next step would have been meeting with the team. Compared to other interview experiences, the team is not as timely on getting back to you on progress.
one phone call with HR and one with director. just trying to see some Glassdoor review Seems like they already decided on someone, and he was very laid back on questions
