Pretty similar to other companies - half day interview. I started the process through a career fair meet and greet. A week later I was invited to interviews downtown with Key.

first was a phone screen with HR, then a panel interview (45min) with 3 people. all behavioral questions, very nice interviewers, left a lot of time for questions at the end.

Easy, talked to 3 people, all basic questions and I ended up getting the job. They were all very nice and inviting. It started as a phone call, then moved into two separate zoom meetings.
