They needed to hire someone immediately for a new contract. There was an accounting knowledge assessment test administered before the interview, and it was reviewed during the interview(not sure how well I did or if I even passed). Interview seemed pretty simple and straight forward. I basically winged it during the interview. I completed my bachelor degree 5 months after starting work there. I hear they use Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality tests now, although I (and science) don't think they're an effective means of finding quality candidates.
