Applied online, had a phone interview, then I was called in for a formal interview. Had the interview with the ICT Service Desk Manager and ICT Directory. My interview went very well and they were pretty much looking more for a positive attitude and willingness and desire to learn.

Do you enjoy working in a team environment? How do you handle conflict? Are you ok working overtime and holidays? When can you start? Can you tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer?

Entretien
First phone interview then interview with two ICT managers. The phone interview was not necessary in my opinion but the interviews with managers were used so I could be evaluated for customer service skills, technical skills, and to see how well I would fit in with the team/culture.
