It was a really positive experience, everyone was really nice and the hotel was amazing.
Hiring process:
1. Psychometric test (I found them pretty easy)
2. Video interview (main ratios, impact of the economic situation on Kerry, what would you bring to us)
3. Final assessment center:
a) present a variance analysis in front of hr and a manager (the variance analysis was the assignment given some days before)
b) group discussion on a case
c) motivational interview

I submited my application and was invited to present 3 online test (situational, numeracy and verbal), one after completing and passing the previous one. I was then selected to present a video interview and now I'm being considered for a place at the Assessment Center.
