The interview was quite informal and mostly focused on my previous experience. The recruiter asked me about the tasks I had in my past roles and a few questions based on my CV. There were almost no technical questions. At the beginning, he explained how their department is structured and how it interacts with other teams. Then, most of the questions he asked were based on what he had just explained — so it was important to listen carefully. Overall, it was more of a conversation than a formal technical interview.

Entretien inintéressant Le manager voulais uniquement savoir si j’étais prête à travailler de gros horaires et si j’étais d’accord pour faire principalement de l’opérationnel alors que j’ai un profil analytique. Il ne posait quasiment pas de questions et ne s’intéressait pas à moi j’ai carrément mener l’entretien. Je n’ai pas eu d’offre et tant mieux car je n’en voulais pas
