My initial phone screening was pleasant. For the following round, the interviewers were over 40 minutes late to our video interviews. The first interviewer kept trying to critique my field of study without knowing anything about it. They both seemed very pretentious in fact. I had my doubts from the beginning of the recruiting process because of the HR recruiter's initial email, then the seemingly fake positive reviews on Glassdoor, among other factors. The last round of interviews was what solidified my negative experience.
