It was one face-to-face interview. I was shortlisted after submitting an unsolicited application at their Kencom Head Office (many years ago). The open positions were in Mombasa so I had to travel to Mombasa for the interview.

They asked where specifically in Mombasa I would like to be stationed (which branch). Think this through in case you get the job. Some branches are more busier/have more walk-in clients compared to others.

It was a panel interview, A virtual one. Took about 15-20 mins. The panel was friendly and welcoming. I was interviewed with behavioral and technical questions . It was a good experience

It was smooth. I was prepared and I got a well prepared team for the process and had a good interaction. It was challenging but we managed to get through.
