I've interviewed with KDL a few times, and the process has been very consistent. The first step after applying is to take a test online that assesses your skills and personality. If you pass that, you may get an interview. The interview process is extremely competitive, so while the process isn't difficult to go through, you will be going up against a lot of other people. About a week after the interview they inform you of their decision. You will most likely have to apply multiple times to get a role.

Entretien
They asked me in for an interview about 2 weeks after I applied. They were very communicative and provided a decision timeline as well as details about who I would be meeting with. I interviewed on a Thursday and they let me know by Tuesday the decision.

Can you share a project or task that you found particularly motivating and fulfilling? What aspects of it resonated with you, and how did you stay engaged throughout the process?
Describe a situation where you had to navigate a challenging interpersonal dynamic at work. How did you approach it, and what steps did you take to foster positive relationships?
Can you provide an example of a time when you received constructive feedback? How did you incorporate that feedback ton enhance your performance skills?
