The Video Interview for the 2025 TC consisted of 3 questions and candidates were given 15 seconds to prepare a response. You had 2 minutes to provide an answer. You could re-record your answer a second time and the last recording will be automatically submitted.

2. How have you contributed to the success of a team?
3. What is your biggest strength that will help you in your role as a trainee?
it was a video pre recorded consisting of three questions, they ask why you want to work there and then two competency questions you have two takes but they will delete the first take if you re record.

Nice - very personal. Two interviewers, both online. Felt very much like a conversation, rather than an interview. This was final round however, so it may be a bit different to other interview formats. This was a specific training contract for healthcare, so I imagine other TC interviews may be a bit more broad in nature - this was very specific.

Mostly strength based questions, as well as personaluty based
Situational Strengths Test, followed by a video interview, assessment centre and interview with a partner. Strengths based questions, about why you want to work in that area, examples of teamwork etc.
