Organized, streamlined, very good and quick communication, partners are really nice and easy to speak with, allow you to explain your relevant experience and ask a lot of questions, opportunity to interview in person.

Overall the process was very disappointing, I waited over a month after my final interview just to be rejected. My interview was moved to during my finals period with no consideration of my schedule whatsoever.
