Video Interview for the SQE Healthcare Team; this involved the recording of the candidate answering questions by the firm. Each question was to be answered in 1minute 30 seconds and each candidate had 15 seconds to prepare their answer.

Video interview Assessment centre Interview with associate Interview with partners Relatively easy questions in both the interviews. Video interview is standard questions - don’t think they change year to year
Application with multiple questions specific to the course, SJT with critical reasoning questions, Video Interview followed by assessment centre with interview too. Takes some time to hear back from application to STJ. Video Interview results comes shortly after.

Virtual Interview - applied online, then had to do an assessment online which took about 3 hours. Then got an VI. Was an enjoyable process and specific to Kennedys which was good.
