A Kenexa Recruiter saw my resume on one of the job boards and emailed me. I responded and then I was called to do a phone screen. Some questions that were asked: What is your candidate ratio to hire? My answer: 1 in every 3 submitted get hired.

The interview was very easy, very relaxed and my Manager, who was awesome, and is no longer there, was very forthcoming about the work.
