The process was a written task followed by 3 rounds of interviews. The task involved 2 questions: one which asked you to choose an industry and write about the R&D opportunities in that industry. The other was to pick one of their 4 values and talk about how it resonated with you. My answers to these were not brought up at all in the interviews. 1st round interview was with Loren the HR manager. 2nd was with two senior consultants and the 3rd was with one of the management team. Everyone was lovely to talk to but there were very long gaps between stages where I didn't hear anything at all. After the final round of interviews they took a week to get back to me with a decision during which time I was very stressed. It seems odd to me that a company which says it values its employees mental health would make applicants wait so long for a decision.

I was contacted after a spontaneous application by the HR for a preliminary interview. During the interview that was very informal, they told me that they were looking to hire 2 new people. Very disappointingly I didn’t progress further after only 20 min conversation and a super generic interview.
