I was hired through a temp agency, a drug screen was required, which I passed. I was interviewed by a safety manager and a operations manager, who were involved in the interview process.

The interview was very nice and pleasant. He made you very comfortable to be yourself. Were they can see who are they really hiring. He does ask what is your favorite teams, because he is a Viking fan.
